Executive, Strategic Partnerships (Bank’s Card Privileges & NGO Projects)

Responsibilities

To drive the development and growth of the assigned Project, in line with the Client’s objectives – to reward and engage members.

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external parties / merchants and other relevant organisations for the purpose of creating value and positive experiences for members.
  • Plan, propose and negotiate privileges / value deals relevant to the Project’s target segment, increasing brand recognition and in accordance with the Client’s marketing strategy.
  • Maintain a diverse portfolio of privileges / value deals to cater to members from different segments.
  • Identify unique business propositions to create an edge over the competition.
  • Meet Project expectations and targets.
  • Manage all documentation follow-ups with merchants to ensure marketing timelines are met.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation follow-ups and reporting.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Mass comms / related field.
  • Relevant experiences in the following fields: Loyalty Programme, Promotional Roadshow Marketing, Marcomms, Advertising, Brand, Retail Banking, FMCG Product, Tech Startup, NGO.
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in Chinese & Malay (written and spoken) is an added advantage.
  • Great engagement skills.

Manager, Merchant Acquiring (Mobile Wallet & Merchant Services)

Position Summary

Nardell is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager for our Merchant Acquiring Division (Mobile Wallet & Merchant Services). You will be directly responsible for driving mobile payment acceptance at retail merchants, growing your sales team, and setting the strategy for growth.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working for or closely with companies / sales agencies targeting retail merchants.

You will have a strong network of clients and sales agents, market trends, be a strategic thinker who approaches sales with a consultative approach, and a strong desire to uncover new business opportunities and always deliver superior service and results to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Setup – Recruit, Train & Manage Sales Team
  • Performance Management – Review & Improve Team Sales Performance through sales coaching, streamlining, campaigns, and other methods at your disposal.
  • Strategic Partnership – Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant organisations for the purpose of acquiring merchants in groups / clusters.
  • Sales Support – Work with Admin & Finance Team to ensure sales support, documentation, and sales reports are managed well.
